im a toilet frequent now. ya now im having rice for lunch, stomach can be real bloated. but 2hrs or more later, i will visit the toilet and ZHA! den my stomach will be flat again. this is crap, isnt it?! so no more rice and noodles, rather eat cereal. ): got to buy cereal and meiji plain crackers on monday. :( BUT anaemia. HAIZ. very fan leh, i dono what to eat anymore. can anyone plan a diet for me? :( but no matter what i eat, i will still go to the toilet. den i would feel hungry again! how! somemore my supervisor & angela say i look so pale, with no 'blood color' at all. any method to be healthy that is!
and stop saying im thin alrdy, NOT AT ALL. i think im fat, and fatter NOW. cos menses is coming. got appetite! the only fat burning is from my circuit training and stuff and the bloody TOILET. *FAINT.
